A Hedera-focused AI agent that helps users analyze and act across SaucerSwap, Bonzo Finance, and AutoSwapLimit through a persistent WebSocket session. The system authenticates by Hedera account, loads protocol-specific tools, maintains conversation memory, returns structured swap quotes, and prepares transactions for the user to sign externally.

Problem

Hedera DeFi is powerful but fragmented: swaps, lending, staking, balances, and advanced orders live across different tools and require protocol-specific knowledge. That makes the ecosystem harder to use for both newcomers and active users trying to move quickly.

Solution

Hedron turns that complexity into a single conversational layer. A LangChain-powered WebSocket agent routes user intent into Hedera-native and DeFi-specific tools, keeps session context per user, and sends back typed messages such as agent replies, swap quotes, and transaction bytes that can be signed safely in the client.

  • Persistent per-user WebSocket sessions with authentication, memory handling, and typed message flows like `AGENT_RESPONSE`, `SWAP_QUOTE`, and `TRANSACTION_TO_SIGN`.

Problem

Stablecoin systems break down when peg maintenance, collateral risk, and liquidation response are handled as separate mechanisms. Without tight coordination between pricing, swaps, and loan health, the protocol can drift off target or accumulate bad debt.

Solution

VCOP combines collateral-backed minting, direct USDC <-> VCOP swaps through a Peg Stability Module, real-time price calculations from the Uniswap v4 pool, and a dual Chainlink Automation setup that scans positions and reacts instantly to price-change events for automated liquidations.

Problem

Gas prices are hard to act on when the data is fragmented across block explorers, charts, wallets, and manual guesswork. Users need one place to understand price trends, network load, whale behavior, and whether it is a good moment to transact.

Solution

Gas Guardian unifies the full loop: ingest live blockchain data from QuickNode, persist and query historical metrics from Turso, surface them in an interactive dashboard, then layer AI explanations, custom prompts, alerts, and address tracking on top so the monitoring system becomes actionable rather than just informative.

Problem

Simulation-heavy ideas are easy to overcomplicate. Without a readable interface, the underlying systems stay invisible and the product loses its hook.

Solution

I shaped the experience as a legible browser game: a procedural hex world, autonomous actors, and a presentation layer that makes the simulation understandable without reading implementation details first.
